Terms and Conditions
We want you to love every product you purchase from Serventa. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent an incorrect item.
Custom orders and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Please include the packing slip or a copy of your transaction with your return.
Serventa reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Price Adjustments
With the original receipt, price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and marked down within 7 days of receiving your package.
Shipping Returns
Please ship your return or exchange via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS), and keep the tracking number until your refund is processed. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
Refunds
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receipt.
We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Your bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
